Cutter/ Sewer/Installer
Have one position available for energetic, self-motivated person that is primarily responsible for making patterns, cutting out and preparing orders for production from customer’s samples or drawings. This individual would also be able to operate an industrial sewing machine to manufacture a variety of protective covers. PERSONS WITH UPHOLSTERY/SEWING EXPERIENCE, SHOE/LUGGAGE REPAIR OR BOAT/TARPAULIN MANUFACTURING WOULD BE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE. Other duties will vary to include: measuring, fitting, and cutting tarpaulins accurately, packaging and general shop labour. This position requires someone who is physically fit. Some experience and a mechanical aptitude will be a definite asset but willing to train.
